Join a high-performing, collaborative anesthesia team at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, a leading Level I Trauma Center in the heart of Miami. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at a large, dynamic facility while enjoying the lifestyle and energy of South Florida.
Position Highlights
• $100,000 Start Date Bonus
• Competitive compensation with additional earning potential
• Flexible scheduling options: 8, 10, 12, and 14-hour shifts
• Call requirement: Only 2 weekend days per month
• Generous PTO: 8–9 weeks annually

• CME allowance + malpractice coverage provided
Practice Environment
• Level I Trauma Center
• Collaborative care team model: 22 Physicians & 27 CRNAs
• 14 state-of-the-art operating rooms
• ~16,000 annual cases
• Broad case mix including: General, Orthopedics, Vascular, ENT, Trauma, Ob, Pediatrics, GI / Cardiovascular Lab
• No cardiac cases
Scope of Practice
CRNAs are empowered with a high level of autonomy and can perform:
• Regional anesthesia (spinals & peripheral nerve blocks)
• General anesthesia
• MAC cases
• Arterial line placement
