Envision Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist with cardiac experience to join our established, high-performing anesthesia team at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in the heart of Miami.
This is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment with a balanced case mix and an exceptional schedule designed for work-life balance.

Practice Environment
• Collaborative care team: 17 Physicians & 24 APPs
• Annual volume: ~12,000 cases
• Cardiac cases: 120–200 annually
• Case mix: 33% Cardiac / 67% General
• Cardiac Case Exposure Includes: CABG, Valve replacement, Aortic surgery, TEVAR / TAVR, MitraClip
• EP procedures requiring TEE (Watchman, Echo)
• Physicians perform 100% of their own open hearts
• APP support provided for structural heart
